If your house cleaner already uses the Easy Clean App, it’s very easy! Just download the app and create your account using the same email or phone number she used to register you. Once your account is created, you’ll automatically be connected and able to access your appointments, payments, and cleaning instructions through the app.

Yes! When you create your profile on the Easy Clean App, you’ll be able to receive automatic estimates from professionals available in your area. You can also explore house cleaner profiles, view reviews and contact information, request estimates, and hire someone directly through the app in just a few clicks.

No problem! You can still use the Easy Clean App normally. Just invite your house cleaner to register for free. To ensure automatic connection, it’s important that she uses the same email or phone number you entered when creating your account.

Once she signs up, you’ll be connected in the app and can manage all cleanings together with much more ease.

You control who can view your information. Only house cleaners in your area can see your profile — and only if you’re actively looking for a professional. To manage what’s displayed (like your phone number or address), go to the side
menu > Settings > Privacy and adjust your preferences.

You can pay your house cleaner easily and securely right through the Easy Clean App™. There are two ways:

1. Payment via App:
Use Easy Pay from the home screen or open the Home tab, tap Open Invoices to view pending invoices, choose the one you want to pay, and complete the transaction in just a few clicks.

2. Payment via invoice link:
Your house cleaner can send you a link with the invoice. Just click, review the details, and complete your payment online, using the method that’s most convenient for you.

Yes! After each service or payment, you can leave a review directly in the app. Just go to your house cleaner’s profile, tap “Write a Review,” and share your experience. You can write the text yourself or use the AI-generated suggestion, and select your star rating. Your feedback helps others and motivates great service!

It’s easy! Open the app and tap “Reschedule.” Your house cleaner will get the request automatically and reach out to suggest a new date.

Yes! The Easy Clean App is 100% free for homeowners.

You can use it on your phone (Android or iOS via browser), computer, or tablet. Your data stays synced across all devices.

The Easy Clean App was designed to offer more security and transparency for both clients and service providers.
All interactions — like estimates, appointments, payments, and messages — happen within the app, with a clear record for both sides.
Each user can also decide which personal details (like phone or address) are visible by adjusting their privacy settings.
We also have Terms & Conditions that guide fair and safe usage of the platform. If something goes wrong, our team will review the case and take appropriate action.
