Easy Clean App offers the following process to help resolve these situations:<\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"><i>Reporting an issue<\/i>:\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Users and professionals can report an issue within 48 hours of the scheduled service date by contacting us at contact@easyclean.app or via the Help section in the app.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"><i>Initial assessment<\/i>:\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Our support team will review the details provided by both parties and may request additional information or documentation (such as photos or written statements).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"><i>Resolution options<\/i>:\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Depending on the nature of the case, Easy Clean App may:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Provide guidance for a direct resolution between the parties;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Issue credits or refunds at the company\u2019s discretion, where applicable;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that violate the Terms of Use.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"><i>Important: Easy Clean App acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the direct execution of services provided by independent contractors.
